How do I withdraw my assets?

Withdrawal can be done directly through your Trading Portal.  Once you’ve whitelisted your wallet in the Portal, you’ll be able to initiate a withdrawal. All withdrawals are reviewed by the Zerocap team for security reasons. Once your withdrawal has been approved, it will be sent to your designated wallet.

How do I store my crypto?

You can store their assets with Zerocap Custody or choose to self custody. Choosing to store with Zerocap will also offer you the option to take advantage of our insurance and yield products. Our team is happy to discuss with you your preferred method.

What is KYC?

Know Your Client (KYC) is a standard that ensures advisors can verify a client’s identity and know their client’s investment knowledge and financial profile in accordance with securities laws and regulations.
